Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days, but please keep in mind that delays are possible.  SleepyNova is one person running this shop, so real life emergencies may affect her usual shipping schedule. 

Preorder items may take weeks to months to ship- but delays with production are entirely possible. If you purchase a preorder item, please check the item description for an estimation of when your order may ship. If your order contains multiple items along with a preorder item, your entire order will not ship until the preorder item is ready.
